1. GENERAL

1.1 How is Nurtural.Store Different?

We bring the 100% natural and exclusive products from the roots of nature. We ensure to be authentic by demonstrating the root of the product along with the Product Experts and certifying their product.

 

2. ORDERS

2.1 Do I need to open an account in order to shop with you?

No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest every time.

However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

2.2 How do I create an account?

Please click on “My Account” followed by “Login/Register” and fill in your personal particulars.

2.3 How can I track my orders?

Please check ‘Your orders’ under your Account.

2.4 Can I change or cancel my delivery after I have placed my order?

In most cases yes. You must contact our nurtual.store via phone or WhatsApp directly to make the change if the shipment has started. Sending an email may not be sufficient enough to stop your grocery order from being processed. Please refer to the return policy for more details.

2.5 Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

Yes, we do allow refunds however it depends on the condition agreed for Natural foods, herbal & personal care products with our customer care.

2.6 Do you accept returns or exchanges over?

Yes, we do accept for the Eco-friendly products. For grocery and herbal & personal care, please refer to the return policy on the terms & conditions.

2.7 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash On Delivery (COD), all the payment modes accepted and available from ccAvenue and Razorpay. We are not responsible for the maintenance window if any, from the payment gateways.

2.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and the billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

 

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

3.1 How can I change my shipping address?

You can add, edit the Billing address via the option ‘Addresses’ under your Account. You can add, edit, remove, make primary as many Shipping addresses via the option ‘Addresses’ under your Account.

3.2 To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

Right now, we are delivering within India. Order will be delivered based on the location, delivery partners’ availability in the required area ranging from 1 – 10 days. To check the availability, use the ‘Check Pincode’ option during shopping.

3.3 Do you ship packages internationally?

Currently, no.
 
 

4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

4.1 When can I return an item?

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery of the item.

4.2 When will I receive a refund for an order that I canceled?

Refunds will be processed within 7-21 working days. The refund will be credited to the account or mode of payment used by you while placing the order.

4.3 When can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled any time before the status of an order change to ‘Order Confirmed’. You will receive an SMS to your registered mobile number once your order is confirmed. You can also check the order status in “My Account” -> “Orders”. Once the status of an order has changed to ‘Order Confirmed’ cancellation is no longer permitted.
